Major Responsibilities
Supports and provides assistance to all members of team if required
An active role as a member of team working independently and in conjunction with the other teams
Supports managers to schedule and determin priorities in terms of objectives and deadlines that must be met
Supports to check the documentation reaches to Manager, ensure the most effective use of his time and filtering documentation without relevant requirements
Evaluating which day-to-day activities requires the attention and facilitate Managers
Initiating the distribution of information to relevant managers, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies
Daily management and supporting on big event and workshops
Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines
Responsibility for the organization of team event, compilation and distribution of the agenda. Documenting decisions, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up system
Responsible for the enforcement of Company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments etc
