一、招聘岗位及人数

岗位1：网站编辑（1人）

岗位2：英文编辑（1人）

二、岗位职责

1.岗位1：网站编辑

（1）负责学校英文版官方网站的新闻采编、内容翻译及更新和网站日常维护;

（2）监控网站流量和用户行为，优化网站结构，提升用户体验，确保网站在各种浏览器和设备上的正常访问；

（3）协助进行网站推广和学校品牌建设；

（4）跟踪网站技术发展动态，学习并应用新技术以提升网站性能；

（5）领导交办的其他工作。

2.岗位2：英文编辑

（1）学校网站、多媒体平台英文编辑；学校英文网站的新闻采编、网站日常维护及内容更新；

（2）协助进行网站推广和学校品牌建设；

（3）为学校英文版官方网站改进提出建议；

（4）领导交办的其他工作。

三、应聘人员基本条件

1.岗位1：网站编辑

（1）具有中华人民共和国国籍；

（2）遵纪守法，品行端正；

（3）媒体管理、市场营销、传播学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；

（4）英语听说读写能力强，能够流利进行口译和书面翻译；

（5）具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与各部门有效沟通；

（6）具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够迅速适应新技术和新环境。

2.岗位2：英文编辑

（1）拥有在数字营销、高等教育营销或相关领域开展文字内容创作经验者优先；

（2）遵纪守法，品行端正；

（3）媒体管理、市场营销、传播学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；

（4）具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与各部门有效沟通；

（5）具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够迅速适应新技术和新环境。

（6）英语听说读写能力强，能够流利进行口译和书面翻译,母语为英语者优先。

四、工资待遇

1．一经聘用，按照《劳动合同法》及《北京航空航天大学聘用编教职工管理办法（试行）》签订劳动合同，缴纳社会保险、住房公积金；

2．具体待遇按照学校聘用制人员相关标准执行。
