Summary:
Responsible for assessing,
insuring, and improving the reliability of company’s products
负责公司产品可靠性的评估和改善
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Responsible
for new process and product reliability qualification; 负责新工艺和产品可靠性验证；
2.
Responsible
for daily short-term and long-term reliability monitoring tests to ensure
production
quality; 负责短期和长期可靠性监控，保证生产品质；
3.
Responsible
for reliability failure verification, root cause analysis and corrective actions;
负责可靠性失效验证，最终原因分析以及改进措施的实施；
4.
Determine
reliability performance per test results and publish reliability reports; 根据实验结果评定产品可靠性并出具可靠性报告；
5. Support
or work with QA in customer quality, reliability and qualification related issues, and
complete customer requests in reliability; 支持或协助QA解决客户端出现的品质，可靠性和检测的相关问题, 并完成客户的可靠性询问；
6. Study
and develop new reliability test methods to improve existing methods to meet
MPS’ special test requirements and to solve any issues or problems; 改进现有方法研究并开发新的可靠性测试方法以满足MPS特殊测试需求或解决问题。
7.
Design and plan special tests requested by
customers, and support customer requests in reliability. 根据客户要求设计和规划特别测试方案，并支持客户的可靠性要求。
8.
Maintaining the reliability database
system. 维护可靠性数据系统。
9.
Perform other
tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
REQUIREMENTS:
- M.S. or B.S. in electronics or semiconductor; background in statistics and reliability theory is a plus; 电子/半导体相关专业本科及以上学历，统计学及可靠性相关知识背景;
- Good knowledge of analog circuit, device physics, wafer process, assembly/package, etc.具备模拟电路，器件，工艺，封装等相关行业知识;
- Good communication skills (both oral and written English) 良好的英语读写能力;
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; 责任心及团队合作精神.
