Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Based in Shanghai or Hong Kong, report to the Group CEO
Job Description
Overall Management
- Reporting to the Executive Committee, participate and contribute in the overall management of the group.
- Participate and provide support in investment decision of all the Fund/SMA related investment, platform investment as well as the group own strategic investment.
- In charge of the management of all the back of house departments such as accounting and finance, legal and corporate secretarial, IT and Administration.
Financial Control
- Oversee corporate restructuring (FSIE), tax (both onshore and offshore including Circular 7 filing), financial
