224人关注The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market. During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.
Major Responsibilities
- Within the scope of HMI development (Human Machine Interface), the HMI concept designer is responsible for HMI elements- and interaction logic design for specific BMW infotainment system or specific function.
- HMI concept designer should provide user interface specifications to HMI software development and lead discussion of technical feasibility.
- HMI concept designer needs to continuously collect feedback of existing concept and work on improvements to meet BMW customers' premium standards.
- Furthermore, HMI concept designer should evaluate other HMI concepts on the market, generate ideas of HMI future trend and provide information to colleagues.
Education / Degree
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Machine Interaction, Media design, industrial design, User experience design, or other related majors.
Knowledge / Skills /Competences
- Fluent English
- Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self-reflection
- Readiness for an international career
- Customer orientation for developing effient and joyful HMI concept
- Apply the methodologies of user-centric interaction design and research to solve complex business problems
- Design toolchain skills: Axure, Sketch, Flinto, Illustrator, Figma, Principle, or other tools for generating wireframes and specifications
- Strong structured and analytical thinking
Experience
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience) up to a maximum of 2-3 years’ professional working experience.
- At least 4 months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work
