Responsibilities
? Design and create high performance API services
? Write reusable, testable and efficient code
? Integrate with front-end applications and other services
? Deploy service to different environments on AWS
Skills And Qualifications
? Strong proficiency with JavaScript or Java (and open to use JavaScript/TypeScript)
? Solid knowledge of Node.js and experience with one of the popular backend frameworks (Fastify, NestJS etc.)
? Experience with at least one popular relational database
? Experience with CI/CD workflow
? Understanding the NoSQL database concept
? Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
? Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
? Familiar with micro-service concept
? Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
? Experience with AWS
