Lead Sales Ops Specialist, Advanced Materials, APAC THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ? Develop APAC Commercial Excellence strategy/ processes/tools and implementation to regions, drive changes and continuous improvement to improve Sales Productivity ? Lead customer excellence efforts including sales pipeline build up, sales behavior improvement to achieve business results ? Develop Channel strategy and tools to optimize sales channels, including distributor new development and termination/annual target setting/rebate policy/online digital tools development etc, ? Work with GMs to coach and develop sales capability and professionalism ? Manage product pricing, product portfolio and margin in daily basis ? Provide in class and on site training to sales team to improve value selling skills ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS REQUIRED ? Communicates professionally, courteously and effectively with customers and internal organizations to develop and maintain good working relationships. ?
