?Take lead of IP FAE team team in China with 3 subordinates
?Techincal support of BOSCH IP Products – CAN FD, CAN XL, GTM ect..
?Leading technical acquisition strategy for new CAN Vision IP
?Drive IP FAE team vision/strategy and organization dvelopment
?Coordination for IP FAEs daily works and competency management accordingly
?Work closely with sales team to promote Bosch IP products in China to target local MCU,SoC customers
?Familiar with 32bit automotive Grade MCU work experience, MCU design experience(CAN FD/ CAN XL GTM integration) will be preferred, FPGA experience will be a plus point.
