Main Responsibilities 主要职责（Tasks, Specifics）
This position is to take the responsibility of tube assembly. This position will focus on:
? Be responsible for the workshop production to fulfill the production schedule, quality and productivity.
? Maintain the WI documents and train the workers to assure the well implementation.
? Solve the quality problem in the workshop and drive for continuous improvement.
? Keep the work discipline and order in the workshop。
? Manage the preventive maintenance of all the facilities, equipment, and tools in the workshop.
? Optimize process to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
? Initiate the digitalization and automation projects to continuously improve the manufacturing competitiveness.
? Support the introduction of new product, new sourcing parts verification etc.
? Follow EHS relevant regulations and assure the implementation quality and effectiveness.
Main Requirements 主要职位要求
? Minimum 3 years experience of workshop management or other equivalent supervisor background
? Bachelor degree and above in Mechanical engineering, Material engineering or Chemical engineering
? Lean production, switchgear quality assurance or machining management background is preferred.
