Summary of the role: As a senior financial analyst, to be a key contributor to issuance of billing, reconciliation with customers, resolves disputes and execution of collection, for rent, tickets, room nights and other revenue. To support invoice billing, credit monitoring and executing collection, complete tasks assigned by Line Manager. To possess a customer service mindset that focuses on providing high quality service to external customers as well as internal business partners. Areas of Responsibility: ? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations. ? Analyse, explain and correct variances. ? Prepare journal entries to the general ledger. ? Provide input for fact sheet presentations and monthly balance sheet forecasts. ? Review/strengthen internal controls, ensure integrity of accounts, and monitor aged and unbilled receivables. ? Meet client service standards through timely resolution of internal and external client issues; monitor and ensure accurate and timely invoice and refund processing. ? Partner with multiple stakeholders within each Line of Business, Sales, Operations, Finance, Treasury team and others as required; Identify and implement continuous efficiency improvements. ? Minimum3- 5 years of experience in an Accounting or customer service environment and multinational companies. ? Certificate of Accounting Professional (会计从业资格证书), familiar with Chinese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP), and demonstrates adequate accounting skills and knowledge. ? Have the ability of multi-task management and processing, details oriented. ? Ability to work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environment. ? Strong collaboration and communication skills, experience working in complex and diversified companies or cross-business unit projects. Skills Required: ?
