Advanced Specialist Business SteeringCorporate Division PowertrainDivision, located in Shenyang/ChinaEmployment – full timeTasksLead or participate in a variety of plant business steering topics depending on individual tasks including BBT-A Business Control and Steering (budget, forecast and headcount); Create Transparency of all financial matters (overhead, investment, support etc.) and playing as the counterpart for controlling from engine plant; Continuous improvement on Project/ Production Cost Efficiency in the relevant/ responsible areas; Development of Human Resource Efficiency including Flexible workforce.Key Responsibility· Coordination of plant LRP on fixed cost, investment, HC, BMW support on Project and normal content with TPU, CPU, WTA analysis as an example. From premise clarification within cross department (mainly LUP, project TA, LRP method), information consolidation, quality check and preparation for PT management decisions to finalization and proper documentations.· FC/ BU steering with timely and accurate data consolidation, transparency communication with process partners, proper cost analysis and data transparency, organization of PT/ logistics management reviews, support measures generation when required.· Gen 6 Headcount (NP/ Expat/ P direct/ P indirect) steering and transparency of plan, target, management release, onboarding etc with main KPIs of TPU/ WTA and proper HC database maintenance.· Support/ prepare/ coordination for Gen 6 Cost, efficiency, Organization or Headcount related management discussions when required.· Steering and Coordination of BBT-A Export/ Import projects mainly in commercial packages; including potential development of BBT-A export enablement, pending on business requirement.· BBT-A committee steering as interface to central functions BBT for BoM/ BoD, mainly with BBT central requirements, timeline, coordination with project leads for document submission as required.· Support, prepare and follow up for BBT-A or BBT-A-1 strategic workshops with required engagement levels from content preparation to meeting moderation, documentation and follow up; , and timely maintenance of plant or BBT-A-1 schedulers.· Powertrain Plant Risk Report. To conduct at least twice per year as BBT-A risk management reporting with bottom up risk collection from BBT-A-x departments to BBT-A circle and afterwards BBT, pending on central requirement of BBT.· Logistics Process Gate Keeper and BBT-A-1 interface for ICS project during project phase, as well after operational roll out; and BBT-A-1 lead to ensure business operation according to corporate audit requirement and standard.· BBT-A-1 reporting, KPI steering, Target and enabler management according to PT standard requirement, and BBT-A-1 management requirement.· Regular exchange within BBT-X and the BMW engine network regarding reference system, plant level initiatives, major cost KPIs, resource long range planning, benchmarking, technology development, innovations and strategic discussions.· Support preparation of meetings like PCM, NWKL, Logistics Operational circles and management summaries and presentation (e.g. Plant presentations) as required.· Make benchmark analysis, innovation and new trends case studies to support BBT-A long term development.· Ensuring the tasks engaged by the associates are documented in a transparent way, that they can easily be follow up and understood in a later point in time.· Ensuring a transparent and efficient communications with all process partners.Qualification· Must be educated to degree level or have 3-5 years relevant experience.· High level of English language, written and oral is mandatory.· Thorough understanding of the BBA Financial/ Controlling Standard/ Rules/ Guidelines.· Thorough understanding of the BBA compliance and Risk control Standard/ Rules/ Guidelines.· Thorough understanding of component export process and the customs/ BBA/ BMW requirements.· Process and finance coaching.· Thorough understanding of business targets and objectives.· Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge.· Highly developed communication skills.· Experience of working both cross-function and internationally.· English spoken and written, German would be an advantage.· Project management skills.· Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict handling ability and positive exposure.· SAP and shopfloor system know-how.· Quality consciousness.· Interest and openness to other technologies, implementation ability and ability to assert himself.· Open-mindedness in dealing with others. 职能类别：项目工程师
