job description:
- conduct market activities, including cold-call, e-flyer distribution, etc. to promote project leasing.
- do market research to collect market information, including agency reports, market leasing transaction data, etc.
- follow up leasing processes, including site visit, client presentation, communication and negotiation on leasing terms.
- prepare relevant leasing document including leasing proposal, letter of intent and tenancy agreement.
- coordinate and follow up with unit handover to clients, unit fit-out, lease registration, rental renew and other client service work.
- maintain good relationship and communication with agents, government authorities and tenants.
- prepare and maintain leasing related documents.
- complete other tasks from the management.
experience, qualifications and competencies:
- college and above degree in business or related majors, with 3+ years of office leasing related experience.
- good knowledge of the market and good connections with agents and related parties.
- strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- active and outspoken character, energetic and result oriented.
- proficient skills with microsoft office and adequate command of both spoken and written in english.
