一、学院介绍

南京大学地球科学与工程学院是中国历史最悠久、培养人才最多的地学专业院系之一。历经百年发展，学科方向全、综合实力强、国际影响显著，在教育部历次学科评估中均名列前茅：第三轮学科评估中，地质学并列第一；第四轮学科评估中,地质学并列a+；“地质学”和“矿业工程”入选国家“双一流”建设学科。

学院坚持“走向现代化、走进社会、走出地球”的发展理念，面向科学前沿、国家需求和社会挑战，推动学科交叉融合，构建新型学科体系，努力实现“国内领先，国际一流，南大特色”的发展目标。目前学院包括地球与行星科学系、水科学系、地质工程与信息技术系，拥有一支约120人的高水平教师队伍，其中包括6位中国科学院院士和约50位国家级高层次人才。学院拥有内生金属矿床成矿机制研究国家重点实验室、表生地球化学教育部重点实验室、关键地球物质循环教育部前沿科学中心等多个科研平台以及国家级地球科学教学示范中心，与国内外几十所大学和研究机构建立了长期的人才培养和科研合作关系，具有较强的国际影响力。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学地球科学与工程学院面向全球招聘优秀青年人才，本次原则上招聘准聘助理教授，有特别优秀的可以应聘准聘副教授。岗位总数不超过4个，其中准聘副教授岗位不超过1个。研究方向包括：

thehistoryofschoolofearthsciencesandengineeringatnanjinguniversitycanbetracedbackto1921,theearliestdepartmentofgeologyinchina.afteronecenturydevelopment,ithasbecomealeadinginterdisciplinarycenterforhigheducationandresearchinearthsciences.itconsistsofdepartmentofearthandplanetarysciences,departmentofwatersciences,departmentofgeologicalengineeringandinformation.today,itisthehomeofabout120facultymembers,including6academiciansofthechineseacademyofsciencesandabout50nationalhigh-levelprofessors.ourcolleagueshavemadealotofachievements,suchasthefirstprizeforthenationalscienceandtechnologyprogressaward,thesecondprizeforthenationalnaturalscienceaward.inthechinadisciplineevaluation,schoolofearthsciencesandengineeringrankedno.1ingeologyinthethirdround,anda+inthefourthround.geologyandminingengineeringwereselectedinthenational"doublefirst-class"constructionplan.
